采購(gòu)內(nèi)容或范圍：The Landscape Design Consultant shall provide comprehensive landscape design services for the mixed-use project renovation, including external public spaces, podium interfaces, and event plaza areas. Services shall be fully coordinated with the Owner, Project Manager, Traffic Consultant, Architectural Designer, Interior Designer, Base Building Consultants, and relevant authorities.
-Overall Landscape Concept
-Spatial & Zoning Layout of the Plaza
-Hardscape Design (paving materials, surrounding party wall, tree pits, planters, water features)
-Softscape Design (planting strategy, plant species selection, shrubs design)
-Outdoor Furniture & Amenities (seating's, planters)
-Landscape Integration of Wayfinding, Lighting and Artworks
-Landscape Integration of MEP systems (drainage, basement air vents, plantroom)
-Provisional strategy of enabling works for landscape socket points to facilitate business operations

Have experience as Landscape Design Consultant for project which relate to mixed-use building in Thailand.
