Shandong Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shandong Airlines") sincerely invites qualified Lessors?to participate in the B737 Aircraft Operating Lease Project for Shandong Airlines in the Year of 2027.

一、項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容?(Project Content)

山航計(jì)劃2027年通過(guò)經(jīng)營(yíng)性租賃引進(jìn)B737飛機(jī)，其中數(shù)量將依據(jù)商務(wù)條件等確定。

Shandong Airlines?plans to introduce?aircraft through operating?lease?in the year of 2027. The quantity will be?determined based on commercial?and other relevant conditions.

二、供應(yīng)商資質(zhì)要求（Lessor’s Qualification Requirements）

提供報(bào)價(jià)的供應(yīng)商必須滿(mǎn)足以下條件：

The Lessor who submits a proposal shall meet the following requirements:

1．供應(yīng)商所在國(guó)需與中國(guó)保持正常外交關(guān)系。

The country of domicile or incorporation of the Lessor, shall maintain diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China.

2．供應(yīng)商需擁有確認(rèn)的2027年新飛機(jī)機(jī)位，該機(jī)位能夠進(jìn)行經(jīng)營(yíng)租賃交易，對(duì)于二手飛機(jī)，須擁有飛機(jī)所有權(quán)。

The Lessor shall have confirmed new aircraft slot of 2027, which can be used for operating lease transactions. For used aircraft, Lessor shall have the ownership of the aircraft when submitting the proposal.

3．凈資產(chǎn)須不低于5,000萬(wàn)美元。

The?net assets of Lessor shall not be less than $50 million.

4．截至本公告發(fā)布之日，供應(yīng)商及其母公司、子公司、其母公司控制的其他公司和為其提供擔(dān)保的第三方實(shí)體（若有）都與山航及山航的母公司、子公司及山航母公司控制的其他公司沒(méi)有法律糾紛。

As of the date of this announcement, the Lessor, any entity that has majority ownership or control (directly or indirectly) of the Lessor (Lessor Parent), any subsidiaries, other companies controlled by Lessor Parent, and third-party entities providing guarantees (if any) have no legal disputes with Shandong Airlines and its parent company, subsidiaries, or other companies controlled by Shandong Airlines' parent company.

三、詢(xún)價(jià)文件獲取方式 (Way for Obtaining RFP)

請(qǐng)各有意向供應(yīng)商通過(guò)電子郵件聯(lián)系我公司獲得詢(xún)價(jià)文件，我公司將以電子文本格式將《詢(xún)價(jià)文件》發(fā)送至供應(yīng)商所指定的電子郵箱。山航將從經(jīng)濟(jì)分析角度、飛機(jī)技術(shù)狀況、是否符合詢(xún)價(jià)文件中的要求、供應(yīng)商資質(zhì)等方面進(jìn)行評(píng)估，擇優(yōu)選擇，山航保留拒絕報(bào)價(jià)的權(quán)利。

Please contact us via email to obtain the RFP, and we will send it?in electronic format?to the email address designated by your side. Please note that Shandong Airlines will evaluate your proposal from perspectives?of economic analysis, compliance with requirements of the RFP, qualification of Lessor, and other factors to select the best. Shandong Airlines reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

四、報(bào)名截止時(shí)間（Deadline for Obtaining RFP）

新飛機(jī)的《詢(xún)價(jià)文件》獲取截止時(shí)間為北京時(shí)間2026年1月12日下午5時(shí)。

Deadline for obtaining RFP of new aircraft is 5:00 pm, January?12th, 2026, Beijing Time.
